All Exhibitors Agree To:

  1. Comply with the conditions under which exhibit space is leased to AMC, FNELCC.
  2. Change an assigned space if, in the opinion of AMC, FNELCC, it becomes necessary to change the original space assigned.
  3. Understand that, upon acceptance of this form by AMC, FNELCC, a contract between the exhibitor and AMC, FNELCC is in full force, consisting of the application and the rules and regulations.
  4. AMC, FNELCC is not responsible for or liable for business or any other transactions, legal or illegal, that are made between vendors or between vendors and their customers.
  5. Confirmation of placement within the trade show will be established once payment is received in full. After payment, you will receive confirmation within 2-3 business days.

About the Independent Company Rate

FNELCC is committed to supporting and promoting small, locally owned First Nations businesses and independent entrepreneurs. The Independent Rate ($150) is available to small First Nations businesses, artists, and individual vendors who operate independently (not as part of a larger company or organization). This rate is designed to make participation in the tradeshow more accessible and to encourage representation of community-based enterprises that reflect the spirit of First Nations innovation, culture, and self-determination.

Applications accepted until all tables are filled

Exhibit Booth: Approximately 10’ wide x 8’ deep. 8’ table with cover and backdrop. Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own signs, backdrops, and other items, provided they fit within the confines of their booth.

Exhibit Set-Up: Exhibitors may set up AFTER 7:00 pm on Monday, February 23, 2026.

Booth Assignment: Exhibitors will receive their booth assignments upon check-in.

Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, February 24, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Wednesday, February 25, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Exhibit Space: AMC, FNELCC reserves the right to assign all booth numbers, location and space configuration
