Breakout session rooms will range in capacity from 48 to 72 participants. Each room will have a laptop, a screen, a podium, and a microphone. The default seating arrangement features round tables with 8 participants at each.

Workshops will be reviewed, and the primary workshop presenter will be notified by January 23, 2026.
